Basta Pasta is extremely proud to serve you the finest crab cakes. You will find that our crab cakes are made with a very minimal amount of filler just to hold the jumbo lump crab meat intact.

You may portion the crab cakes to whatever size you desire, but the cooking instructions below are for 8 oz. crab cakes only.

Instructions: Each individual container holds one (1) 8 oz. crab cake. Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash hands thoroughly, then empty crab mix from each container and form the crab cake. Place crab cake(s) onto a baking pan with about a 1/4 inch of water or just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Bake for approximately 13 – 16 minutes or until light golden brown.

To make crab balls, portion each 8 oz. crab cake into 5 small crab balls and follow the same cooking instructions as above.
