Basic Catering Questions
Before planning out the whole event, you have to make sure you ask some standard questions before getting too deep into the process. The first question to ask is if the date you are planning is open. The sooner you make a call, the sooner you can be sure that you can book Alan Weiss as your Owing Mills caterer. When you have a date set up, the next question you want to ask is if a banquet manager will coordinate the service for the meals or if there will be a different on-site coordinator running everything.
Specific Food and Drink Catering Questions

Find out how much is charged for children’s meals, vendor meals and if you can arrange for a food tasting. For drinks, find out what type of alcohol will be served, how long it will be served and if the staff will serve wine with dinner.
